  • Candidates must have a good balance of valuation, transaction/ data analytics experience and able to view things from a “private equity (PE) lens”
 
Responsibilities would include:
  • Support strategic initiatives within PE COO Office
  • Working alongside PE Investment Teams and coordinating across multiple functional teams to ensure the success of portfolio reviewing/reporting as well as data and technology enablement projects
  • Valuation, understanding performance drivers, benchmarking, and performance analytics
  • Identify data gaps, engaging with stakeholders to improve data quality, helping with monitoring, and supporting reporting needs
  • Create visualisation dashboards to present data findings effectively to various stakeholders, facilitating monitoring and timely remediation.
  • Compile portfolio updates for reporting and assist in preparing meeting briefs and presentation slides for senior management
 

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1-5 years of valuation or data analytics / portfolio operations/ management/ reporting experience within financial services or PE
  • Experience in Private Equity highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python), experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and MS Office 365 (e.g. Sharepoint).
  • Soft skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
