  • Candidates must have relevant financial services / deal advisory experience

Responsibilities would include:
  • Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal
  • Project management due diligence with auditors, lawyers and other professionals
  • Manage communications and expectations between clients, professionals and regulators
  • Manage workflow with associates and assist in deal origination
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and develop valuation models
  • Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver results under pressure
  • Track record of completed transactions and/or with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
