  • Candidates must have relevant experience in data analytics, reports and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel
 
Responsibilities would include:
  • Responsible for preparation and maintaining of monthly and adhoc management reports to facilitate strategic planning
  • Responsible for data support during meetings or any adhoc requests
  • Assist and involvement in the implementation of projects relating to digital transformation and process improvements
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost
  • Responsible for annual audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions
  • Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel
  • Experience working with SAP system and exposure in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, diligent, highly organized and have lots of self-initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
