Responsibilities would include:
  • Support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of assets
  • Work closely with onshore fund manager and asset management teams on fund and portfolio management matters for the commercial assets in United Kingdom and Europe
  • Take the lead and assist with asset level and portfolio level financial modelling, to support senior management’s decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with the asset management and property management team, as well as the portfolio analyst team for the annual budgeting and reforecasting exercise
  • Preparing and managing internal and external reports, forecasting, maintenance of financial reports and asset management planning 
  • Manage market intelligence, collate and analyse global market / industry information
  • May be tasked to work on acquisitions and fund syndications from an end-to-end perspective
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Years of relevant experience in Real Estate portfolio / asset management: Executive (1 year) | Senior Executive (2-4 years) | Assistant Manager (5-8 years). Max looking up to AM title only, not negotiable. Title and pay will commensurate based on experience.
  • Resourceful, while possessing good business and financial acumen
  • Has an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling (Modelling experience with Argus Enterprise will be an added advantage)
  • Team player with good initiative, can work independently
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
