Our client (an mRNA technology focused biopharma) is looking for an experienced analytical scientist with oligonucleotide experience for their expanding siRNA Team.


About this Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the target discovery, preclinical candidate development, and IND filing of high impact siRNA projects, where you will be an integral member of a collaborative, driven, and passionate team.


Responsibilities:
  • You will develop, optimize, qualify, troubleshoot, validate and transfer analytical methods (HPLC / UPLC / LCMS etc) to ADME and CMC
  • Perform technical review of analytical methods / data / protocols / reports generated by internal and external laboratories
  • Participate in developing or improving the siRNA team’s technical capabilities
  • Prepare technical reports (method development, SOP, qualification reports, regulatory submission documents etc)
  • Serve as contact person for program QC related queries when needed


Requirements:
  • PhD (Organic / Medicinal / Analytical Chemistry) with 1-3 years post-grad relevant industry experience OR Master degree (Organic / Medicinal / Analytical Chemistry) with 5+ years
  • Deep hands-on exposure in analytical method development and qualification of oligonucleotide preferred
  • Experience in overseeing technical analytical outsourcing partners advantageous
