Our client (mRNA Biopharma MNC) has a vacancy for an Analytical Product Development Leader to join their US-based discovery and preclinical team. You will be accountable for developing and implementing integrated strategy for analytical characterization for mRNA/LNP drug product, building capacity in junior team members, and spearhead CRO management (analytical method development, knowledge transfer). In addition, you will support regulatory submissions, technical protocols, and reports.

To be considered for this role, you will hold a PhD in biophysics, chemistry, bioengineering, biochemistry, or related disciplines, with 5 years’ exposure in analytical development setting, well-versed in physicochemical and biophysical methodologies, covering from discovery to development phases.
