Responsibilities would include:
  • Support origination and execution initiatives by working with colleagues in sector and product teams on the origination and execution of a wide range of advisory, financing and hedging solutions
  • Sector focus: General, Regional focus: APAC
  • Preparing complex financial models and doing industry, (implied) rating profile and peer group analysis
  • Provide industry expertise to support senior members in origination and execution of corporate finance, corporate & investment banking, structured financing and other mandates
  • Coordinating the preparation of pitchbooks regarding strategic advisory across integrated debt (bonds, loans), M&A, equity and hedging solutions, proposals and presentations
  • Assist in preparing external documents such as term sheets, offering / info memos, and prospectuses, preparation and coordination of internal approval documents and credit memos
  • Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams i.e sectors, DCM, financial markets, M&A, risk etc
  • Keeping in the loop of all sector trends, market knowledge and industry developments


Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1-6 years of relevant experience in Debt / Corporate Financing, Structured / Leverage Finance, Sector Coverage, Strategic Advisory, M&A, Capital Markets
  • Open to all candidates from various sector teams – could be any sectors
  • Financial modelling experience is needed *MANDATORY
  • Team Player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
