The Company

They initially incorporated in Singapore where will be their manufacturing capability for global commercialising purposes.  Their senior leadership team sits in Boston office whilst their Shanghai team has a wider range of functions and sites, including CMC plant, corporate office & laboratory center.  They focus on mRNA technology that dedicates to vaccines (Covid-19 vaccine to start with), oncology, immunology and so forth with further growth plan. 
 
The Job
  • Manage US accounting reports, in particular GL accounting in general
  • Provide accounting / financial reports under US GAAP & IFRS reporting system
  • Assist with audit preparation, investigate and resolve audit findings
  • Collect and analyse financial data for business decisions
  • Report to Finance Head

The Requirements
  • Bachelor degree of accounting / finance management with at least 4 – 5 years accounting experience
  • GL accounting experience under US GAAP and familiar with IFRS reporting system
  • Practical experience on SOX compliance and internal control
  • Interpersonal, results-driven and team player
