Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Administration

  • Updating/Preparation of Client Vendor Forms & in charge of on line portal Client onboarding.

  • Booking placement details, to verify placement details against candidate acceptance & TOBs, including follow up supporting with consultants

  • Sending invoices to Client (including portal) and follow up on any amendments if required by clients.

  • Updating invoices in Bullhorn

  • Accounts Receivable (sending chasers to clients/ internally; updating of AR reports)

  • Process AP invoices & Staff claims payments (SG & HK)

  • Bank Recon including daily updating of bank receipts to Xero and inform relevant parties on remittances.

  • Tracking of EBC Quarterly incentives (adhoc basis)

  • Assist in month end closing with HQ finance team.

Contracting Administration & Payroll

  • Manage contractor onboarding & offboarding, including employment contracts (reference to client SOW)

  • In charge of contractor payroll, margin, and invoicing to clients

  • Follow up with contractor timesheet at month end.

  • Answer contractor salary/invoice issues.

  • Generate and sending contracting invoices.


  • Manage a team of 4 staff (admin team)

  • Any other work assigned



  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent

  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ relevant work experience, Singapore experience is a plus.

  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational and leadership ability

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge in accounting, reporting and financial analysis usually acquired through a 4-year degree program or related work experience is required.

  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
