My client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the integration of a recently acquired clinic into a leading healthcare organisation. This is a hands-on delivery and coordination role, responsible for keeping the integration plan on track across multiple workstreams including Clinical, IT, Finance, People & Culture, Quality, Regulatory and Facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain the integration plan, action tracker and RAID log.
Work closely with workstream leads to track progress, manage actions and resolve day-to-day blockers.
Monitor key milestones, risks and dependencies, escalating issues early.
Coordinate clinical, regulatory, licensing and accreditation activities.
Support the integration of clinical systems, patient data, IT, facilities and vendor arrangements.
Coordinate people and change activities, including staff communications and retention initiatives.
Provide clear status updates and reporting to integration leadership and key stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with the acquired clinic's clinical and corporate teams.
About You:
Experience in M&A integration, business transition or operational change is highly desirable.
Experience in a regulated healthcare, clinical or medical environment strongly preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working across both corporate and clinical environments.
Experience with EMR/clinical systems, healthcare data privacy or licensing and accreditation processes is advantageous.
