Client Details:
An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected law firm with a strong corporate practice. They are currently seeking a Paralegal to support a broad range of corporate transactions.
Description:
- Participate in due diligence processes in Mainland China, including managing questionnaires, compiling reports, and verifying information.
- Review, draft, and prepare legal documentation for capital markets transactions (IPOs, bonds), listing compliance, and general corporate matters.
- Prepare due diligence reports and verification notes, providing critical support throughout IPO transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive company and legal research to support ongoing deals and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in drafting sections of prospectuses and ensuring accuracy of disclosures.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders as needed. Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Profile:
- Degree in Law would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of IPO Paralegal experiences in law firms
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential
- Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
