A leading consulting firm is looking to appoint a senior transformation leader to support complex change programmes across large enterprise clients regionally.
This role will suit someone who has operated in a consulting or advisory environment, leading high-value transformation programmes for senior stakeholders across the region. The successful candidate will be comfortable shaping transformation agendas, driving structured programme leadership, and operating as a trusted advisor across both business and technology stakeholders.
 
Job responsibilities
  • Lead complex transformation engagements regionally, working with senior client stakeholders on large, multi-year programmes
  • Provide strategic oversight across programme structure, mobilisation, governance, risk management, and delivery planning
  • Advise clients on organisation-wide change initiatives spanning business processes, core platforms, operating models, and enterprise simplification
  • Work closely with senior sponsors to define priorities, align workstreams, and maintain momentum across large stakeholder groups
  • Support transformation programmes that may involve platform renewal, process redesign, architecture evolution, and cross-border delivery coordination
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, bringing structure, clarity, and commercial judgement to complex change environments
 
Job requirements
  • Proven experience in a consulting, advisory, or transformation-led environment
  • Exposure to transformation programmes involving core business platforms or customer-facing platforms within financial services environments would be advantageous
  • Strong track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes across the region
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently and operate at executive level
  • Experience in programme leadership, transformation governance, and cross-functional change management
  • Background across complex enterprise environments, especially those involving legacy platforms, large operating models, or regulated settings
  • Able to bring both strategic thinking and practical programme leadership, with a strong grasp of how major transformation initiatives are mobilised and governed
