About the Role
The specialist will join an industry-leading InfoSec team to lead the design, engineering, and operation of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, focusing primarily on hands-on technical delivery. This high-impact role involves a blend of greenfield and existing projects, requiring the Analyst to drive major design decisions, mentor junior analysts, and help shape the strategic direction of the identity function.

What the Specialist Will Be Doing
Leading and supporting integration efforts across various systems and applications with CyberArk Identity Security Cloud for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
Driving automation of identity lifecycle processes to ensure secure and efficient access management.
Providing hands-on leadership in the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SailPoint platform.
Designing and implementing IGA enhancements, including workflow optimization, policy updates, and new feature enablement.
Configuring and managing application onboarding for access governance and Single Sign-On (SSO) via Entra ID and other federation protocols.
Overseeing access reviews and policy enforcement across cloud environments (Azure, AWS) to ensure compliance and internal controls.
Monitoring system health, generating reports, and maintaining accurate documentation of IGA configurations and operational runbooks.
Mentoring junior analysts and delivering training to enhance overall team capability.
