- Macquarie Park Based - Hybrid Working (3 days in Office)
This is a hands on role focused on uplifting change maturity, while also supporting the successful delivery of key technology and transformation initiatives. The role sits within the ICT Portfolio team and will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and business leaders across the university.
This opportunity would suit a strong Change Manager who enjoys building capability, improving change practices and operating within complex enterprise environments. Prevous igher Education experience highly regarded but the team will look at other industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational change activities across a portfolio of ICT initiatives
- Drive change maturity uplift and establish scalable change practices
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
- Develop and deliver change strategies, communications and stakeholder engagement plans
- Partner closely with project delivery teams and senior business stakeholders
- Coach and support junior change practitioners within the portfolio
- Support organisational adoption across enterprise technology programs
- Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager within complex enterprise environments
- Strong background delivering change across ICT and digital transformation programs
- Experience uplifting change maturity and building change capability frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands on delivery capacities
- Higher Education experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Contract through to 18 December 2026
- Paying up to $1,000 per day plus super
- ASAP start preferred (will consider 2-4 weeks notice)
- Strong potential to work across a large and evolving ICT delivery portfolio
