Duck Creek provides modular systems for policy administration, rating, billing, claims, data and digital portals. We are seeking an insurance experienced Senior Business Analyst for an going day rate contract starting in April 2026.
You will be the key bridge
between business stakeholders (underwriting, claims, operations, finance) and technology teams, helping to design and deliver Duck Creek’s policy, billing and claims capabilities across the end‑to‑end insurance lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end business and technical analysis for Duck Creek policy, billing and claims workstreams, from discovery through to implementation and BAU transition.
Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria across underwriting, rating, billing, claims and finance.
Map current and target state processes, data flows and integration points between Duck Creek and surrounding systems Facilitate workshops with business SMEs and senior stakeholders, driving consensus and clear decisions on scope, priorities and design trade‑offs.
Produce high‑quality artefacts such as process maps, data mappings, RTMs, operating model documentation and SOPs.
About you
Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst with recent exposure to core platforms (ideally Duck Creek, Guidewire or equivalent PAS/billing/claims suites).
Comfortable working across Agile and hybrid delivery models, using user stories, backlogs and sprint ceremonies to drive delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills: process mapping, information models, and clear, concise functional specs.
