A leading diversified consumer business is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role is critical in ensuring successful delivery across timelines, budget, and transformation objectives, working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT. This is an 18 Months Contract position.
You will oversee all project phases, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Acting as the primary liaison with system integrators, you will drive process redesign and standardisation, facilitate workshops, validate solutions, and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into functional and technical designs.
Additionally, the role involves managing data migration, testing, cutover activities, change management, training, and post-go-live stabilization. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformational projects and make a tangible impact within a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality organisation.
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and have at least 10 years of finance controllership experience coupled with large-scale ERP implementations, specifically in SAP Hana, and ideally Ariba. You hone excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
