Job responsibilities
- Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement
- Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
- Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
- Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention
- Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries
- Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.
- Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.
Skills and requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.
- CMFAS papers: HI, M5, M9,M9A
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
