An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Risk Advisory Manager to help shape and define an expanding Risk Advisory function within a top tier Private Practice.
Due to continued organic growth and a strong pipeline of work our client is are keen to speak with experienced risk advisory professionals to help shape and drive a growing Risk Advisory function while playing a hands on role advising top tier publc and private sector clients across risk and regulatory compliance matters.
You will operate as part of a fully integrated advisor within the practice and work closely with Legal, Data, Technology and Governance specialists to deliver end‑to‑end risk, regulatory and compliance solutions to a diverse client base across the financial services sector, including banking, superannuation and insurance.

The successful candidate can expect a varied day-to-day inclusive of;
  • Advising clients on risk management, regulatory compliance and governance matters
  • Support clients to navigate complex Australian regulatory environments
  • Assist in the design and delivery of risk management frameworks
  • Contribute to regulatory uplift programs, enforcement responses and investigations
  • Support governance reviews and enterprise risk initiatives
  • Manage and deliver bespoke consulting engagements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across legal, risk, data and technology functions
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executive and C‑suite level


This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional seeking to deepen their regulatory expertise while working on impactful client engagements and helping shaping a team.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of five years professional risk and/or compliance experience from an Advisory/Professional services firm.
  • A strong background in risk management and regulatory compliance, particularly within financial services
  • A good knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks, including APRA, ASIC and/or AUSTRAC
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, novel or bespoke consulting engagements
  • The ability to translate regulations into practical commercial outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
