Our client is a Global Financial Services firm in the insurance sector, looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to head up the regional team. You are a key member of the global leadership team for this business line.
Requirements:
- Law degree with at least 10 years PQE, ideally gained in the insurance/reinsurance sector, with people management experience
- Experience in treaty drafting process and experience dealing with senior management and regulators
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead advice on interpretation and judgement matters, advise on disputes with clients or third parties
