What you’ll do:
- Own overall strategy, P&L and governance for the India BU.
- Interface with senior stakeholders and Board-level counterparts to shape and support decision-making.
- Lead value-creation, partnership strategy, capital actions, and business transformation initiatives.
- 15–18 years in strategy, corporate development, or investment within life insurance/financial services.
- Strong bancassurance experience and deep knowledge of the India insurance market.
- Proven ability to engage at CXO, Board and shareholder levels; excellent commercial judgment and stakeholder management.
