My client is a crypto firm in Singapore, and they are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst to support their Compliance Operations function. You will be overseeing the QA function and will be in charge of all testing and assurance activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews across onboarding, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring workflows
- Assess adherence to internal policies, AML/CFT standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify control gaps, recurring errors, and areas for process improvement
- Perform risk-based reviews on alerts and client profiles, including higher-risk cases
- Support the enhancement of QA frameworks, SOPs, and reporting structures
- Prepare management reports and track QA findings, trends, and remediation actions
- Collaborate with Compliance Operations and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Promote consistency of controls across jurisdictions
- Support training initiatives to address control weaknesses and improve operational standards
- Stay updated on evolving digital asset regulations and AML developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in KYC, transaction monitoring, or AML within financial services, fintech, or digital asset environments
- Strong working knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and digital asset regulatory landscape
- Proven experience in compliance QA or quality control reviews
- Familiarity with corporate client structures and risk-based onboarding approaches
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
