- pat rate: $950 - $1,100 per day + super
The successful candidate will lead complex data and analytics programs spanning enterprise reporting, data integration, cloud data platforms, and modern BI capabilities. You will also come with experience across workforce analytics, HR, Payroll, Finance, or Planning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise BI and analytics programs across multiple workstreams
- Manage complex integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Planning systems
- Drive delivery of executive dashboards and workforce analytics solutions
- Coordinate delivery across technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Oversee governance, RAID management, reporting, and structured project delivery processes
- Manage dependencies across data engineering, reporting, and enterprise application streams
- Proven experience delivering enterprise BI, Data, or Analytics programs
- Strong technical understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modelling concepts
- Experience delivering Power BI or enterprise reporting solutions
- Experience with Data Vault and Star Schema modelling approaches
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or similar cloud-based environments
- Experience working with structured delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or waterfall governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working at executive and senior leadership level
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments
- Background delivering enterprise data integration or modernisation initiatives
- Exposure to workforce analytics, financial planning, or enterprise reporting programs
- Experience working across HR, Payroll, Finance, or Planning systems
