- Project Manager: ICT projects - Federal Government
- Location: ACT based - On-site
- Start: July 2026
- Duration: 12 months initial + 2 x 12 month extensions
- Engagement: 40 hours per week
- Australian Citizenship required: Must be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, delivery and governance of complex ICT projects
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and cross-agency partners
- Drive project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality
- Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level updates
- Identify, manage and resolve project risks, issues and dependencies
- Oversee project resources and ensure high-performing delivery teams
- Contribute to governance forums and represent the project at key meetings
- Work across both waterfall and hybrid/agile delivery environments
- Minimum 5+ years delivering complex ICT projects within Federal Government environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, technical and executive levels
- Proven experience managing cross-agency programs and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated experience across waterfall and hybrid Agile methodologies
- Strong communication, negotiation and reporting capability
