These streams will bring together digital skills and capability uplift, readiness and adoption, and technology enablement initiatives into a single, integrated delivery roadmap. This is a business-focused Project Manager role operating within a digital/ICT environment. The successful candidate will bring strong core project delivery capability combined with experience across people capability, digital adoption and technology-enabled transformation.

You will lead and coordinate multiple interconnected streams spanning:

  • Coordination of interdependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Establishment and maintenance of effective project governance
  • Management of risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and project finances
  • Coordination of cross-functional business, change, capability and technology teams
  • High-quality reporting, insights and progress updates to support senior stakeholder decision-making
  • You will work closely with specialist Change, Training and Capability resources, with responsibility for bringing the different streams together and ensuring delivery remains aligned, coordinated and on track.
About You
  • We are looking for a strong, hands-on Project Manager with excellent delivery fundamentals and the ability to operate across both the business and people dimensions of digital transformation.
  • Strong end-to-end Project Management experience within a large, complex environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple interconnected workstreams and dependencies
  • Experience across digital transformation, capability uplift, digital adoption, workforce/people transformation or technology enablement.
  • Strong project governance, planning and integrated roadmap management
  • Excellent management of milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and reporting
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and senior stakeholder engagement skills
  • An understanding of change, readiness, adoption and people transition
  • Experience with AI enablement/adoption, digital skills or capability initiatives would be highly regarded
  • Ability to work across traditional/waterfall delivery while operating effectively in environments incorporating agile ways of working.

This is not a Technical Project Management role. We are looking for Project Manager who can bring structure and governance to complex IT delivery while understanding the people, capability and technical adoption requirements of digital transformation. You will have experience across project delivery, technology adoption, change adoption, and also technology training to business users.
