- Project/Program Manager - Procurement Excellence Program
- Sydney CBD | Hybrid (3 days on site)
- $850 – $1000 per day + super
- 6-month contract
This is not a hands-on sourcing or procurement delivery role. Instead, we are looking for a strong program delivery professional who can drive governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting and program momentum across multiple initiatives and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery across procurement, finance and consulting partners
- Drive program governance, reporting and steering committee preparation
- Track milestones, actions, risks and dependencies across initiatives
- Support executive stakeholders with updates and delivery oversight
- Act as the central coordination point across the broader transformation program
- Work closely with senior procurement leadership and CFO-aligned stakeholders
- Strong Project/Program or PMO leadership experience within complex enterprise environments
- Experience supporting transformation, operational excellence or business improvement programs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams
- Consulting or advisory background highly regarded
- Exposure to procurement, finance or value delivery programs advantageous
- Utilities or infrastructure sector exposure beneficial but not essential
- Sydney CBD location with hybrid working (3 days in office)
- 6-month contract with potential extension
- $850 – $1000 per day + super (PAYG)
- Immediate start preferred
