The Role
As the Program Architect, you will provide end-to-end architectural leadership across the program, ensuring solutions are iterative, scalable, and aligned to government standards and long-term sustainability goals.
You will:
- Define and maintain the program architecture roadmap and delivery runway
- Translate enterprise architecture into clear, implementable designs for delivery teams
- Lead technology and product selection, balancing architectural integrity with delivery pragmatism.
What We’re Looking For
You are a senior architecture leader with a strong track record of delivering within large, complex, agile programs.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in Program / Solution / Enterprise Architecture roles within large-scale environments
- Strong experience delivering architecture in Agile, SAFe or hybrid delivery models
- Demonstrated ability to decompose architecture into incremental, delivery-ready components
- Expertise across integration patterns, data architecture, and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Experience working across multi-vendor and cross-agency environments
- Ability to balance architectural rigour with delivery pragmatism
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive level
