A global B2B solutions provider with an extensive international footprint is hiring for a seasoned payroll professional to drive global payroll operations, with a broader remit that touches on compensation and benefits.
You will be responsible for running payroll on a global scale – working with payroll vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure everything runs accurately and on time, staying compliant with local tax and statutory requirements, and handling audits and escalations as they arise. Alongside this, you will look for ways to streamline processes and strengthen governance, and will be the key owner of the payroll and HR systems landscape. There is also a compensation and benefits component, such as playing a supporting hand in annual pay review and bonus cycles, maintain salary bands and grading structures, and reviewing benefits offerings across different markets. You will play a pivotal role in keep policies and SOPs current and contribute to internal and external audit processes.
You should have a degree in business management, or similar field, with at least 10 years of relevant regional payroll experience partnering with external vendors and across HRIS platforms. You have strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into tangible, measurable outcomes in a lean set up.
