We are partnering with an established mid-sized accounting advisor firm, supporting a diverse portfolio of local and international clients across accounting, payroll, and corporate service – hiring for an Accounting manager to lead a team.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of accounting, GST, payroll and compliance services while ensuring timely and high-quality reporting. You will also review the work of associates and senior associates, provide guidance and training, and play a key role in maintaining client relationships.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, client-facing role, with exposure to both operational delivery and team leadership, alongside opportunities to support advisory work. The incumbent should have at least 8 years of relevant outsourced accounting experience, with at least 2 years of managing a team. You have strong communication skills with experience in finance software like XERO and MYOB.
