Client Details

Job responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Manage office maintenance, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Supervise the Office Administration team and oversee secretarial coverage and scheduling.
- Support cross‑functional projects, Law Society filings, CPD submissions, and compliance needs.
- Lead sustainability and D&I efforts, organise office events, and ensure service excellence across reception, reprographics, and pantry teams.
HR Administration
- Oversee support‑staff supervision, performance management, and daily engagement.
- Manage benefits, payroll, visa applications, employment documents, and leave records.
- Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and review workload allocation across lawyer/secretarial groups.
Finance Administration
- Process vendor invoices and approve staff expenses.
- Assist with office cashflow coordination alongside finance.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or relevant.
- Minimum 5 years in business and office admin within legal firm, ideally with supervisory experience.
- Familiar with HK Law Society compliance.
- Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Mature, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
