About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Storage Team Lead to drive technical delivery across complex enterprise environments. You will serve as a senior technical authority, leading service delivery projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and operational excellence across storage and infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery across corporate-level service and development projects, including complex system integration, O&M, learning services, and solution development
  • Own delivery outcomes across quality, efficiency, cost, and competitiveness benchmarks; document learnings and drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as Technical SME for enterprise IT products and post-sales support, spearheading technical breakthroughs, innovations, and resolution of major incidents within the IT infrastructure domain
  • Develop replicable, scalable success frameworks for local offices, channel partners, and key accounts through strong architecture and solution design
  • Collaborate closely with regional, HQ, and local teams to align on delivery standards and technical direction
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned deliverables
  • Deliver professional technical presentations and conduct training for channel partners and customers

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous — e.g. Red Hat RHCE, or vendor-specific IT infrastructure certifications (HCIA / HCIP / HCIE equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, delivery, and maintenance, covering:
    • x86 server architecture
    • SAN/NAS storage
    • Virtualisation (VMware)
    • Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Prior experience leading or managing a storage team strongly preferred
  • Post-sales experience in FSI and/or Government sectors is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of data protection, DC disaster recovery, and data migration
  • Familiarity with OpenStack, Oracle, or other database platforms is an advantage
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
