- ICT Project Administrator
- Paying up to $500 – $550 per day + super
- 4-month contract | ASAP start
- Hybrid | 2–3 days in offuce
Syney CBD based
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a critical part in keeping projects on track through strong coordination, governance support, and stakeholder engagement.
You will support project teams across a range of activities, including:
- Preparing governance packs and steering committee papers
- Tracking actions, risks and issues, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinating stakeholder input and scheduling
- Supporting forward planning and project timelines
- Providing minute taking and meeting support
- General project administration and documentation
- You’re have experience as a highly organised administrator with experience supporting ICT or project environments.
- Experience in project administration or coordination
- Exposure to governance processes (steering committees, reporting, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong documentation skills
- Experience in NSW Government or public sector highly regarded
- Work on meaningful government technology projects
- Collaborative and supportive team environment
- Immediate start with strong pipeline of work
