We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join a leading Financial Services/Insurance organisation.
The successful candidate will have 7–10 years of IT Audit experience, including a minimum of 5 years operating at Manager level, with a strong background in IT General Controls (ITGC), technology risk, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT audit engagements from planning through to reporting.
Assess ITGCs, technology risk frameworks, cyber security controls, and operational resilience.
Evaluate compliance with APRA Prudential Standards, including CPS 230 and CPS 234.
Present audit findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business functions.
Drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
7–10 years' IT Audit experience within Financial Services or Insurance.
Minimum 5 years' experience at IT Audit Manager level.
Strong ITGC, technology risk, and control testing expertise.
Experience auditing against CPS 230 and CPS 234.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of COBIT and IT governance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
CISA certification highly desirable.
ISACA membership preferred.
Additional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or CISSP advantageous.
