About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Technology is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's technology and innovation strategy. This position extends far beyond traditional IT, focusing on how technology can create measurable business value, improve operational performance, and drive organisational transformation.
The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders across the business to identify opportunities for digital innovation, lead change initiatives, and champion the adoption of new technologies. This role requires a commercially minded technology leader who can translate technical capability into business outcomes while effectively managing stakeholders, vendors, and organisational change.
The role requires the candidate to come in 5 days in the office and will be elegible to extra free day off per month.

Required Experience:
Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide technology and innovation strategy aligned to business objectives and growth plans.
Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
Drive digital transformation initiatives across both corporate and operational environments, including the adoption of emerging technologies and AI capabilities.
Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic and operational priorities.
Lead organisation-wide change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making and driving engagement across diverse business functions.
Manage strategic technology vendors and third-party partners, ensuring service delivery, value realisation, and successful project outcomes.
Oversee technology operations, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data protection, and communication platforms.
Develop and implement technology governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks to support organisational resilience.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Drive technology learning and capability uplift across the organisation, helping teams embrace digital tools and modern ways of working.
Continuously assess and improve business processes, systems, and platforms to enhance productivity, scalability, and operational performance.
Strong understanding of business operations with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
Experience leading large-scale technology programs within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively from frontline teams through to executive leadership.
