Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets, forecast and drive aggressive growth
- Build and lead the Singapore sales team
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
- Engage with C-level clients and partners
- Collaborate across Asia teams for product and market alignment
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in payments or fintech sales with a strong track record in SME hunting within a payments company
- Proven experience leading a sales team and demonstrated ability to balance hands-on deal execution with team leadership
- Deep understanding of merchant acquiring, payment infrastructure, and go-to-market strategy
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets
- Singapore-based talent with strong local market connectivity
