Key Responsibilities
- Enhance FP&A reporting capabilities to support effective decision-making across the group
- Lead the development Investment FP&A governance and processes to ensure accurate capture of investment costs
- Collaborate with transformation teams to integrate investment governance into group-wide frameworks
- Embed process requirements into system capabilities to capture investment costs
- Drive continuous improvement of investment processes in partnership with transformation and technology teams
- Implement and develop reporting systems in collaboration with governance and change teams
- Provide month-end cost reviews and deliver monthly FP&A reports
Requirements
- Deep expertise in investment FP&A including governance, reporting, and cost management processes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to drive efficiency and standardisation
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting capability
- Track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional finance teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Recognised professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
