We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Secretary to provide exceptional support to our Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in a fast-paced, highly professional environment, within this ASX listed Financial Services Group.
This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys working at executive level, understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality, and can anticipate what is needed before being asked.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a complex and highly dynamic executive diary, including competing priorities, meetings and commitments
Coordinating internal and external meetings, presentations and executive briefings
Preparing agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions for key meetings and committees
Coordinating the CRO's correspondence, communications and workflow
Assisting with preparation for Board, Executive Committee and senior leadership meetings
Managing sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Coordinating domestic travel and associated logistics
Liaising with senior executives, Board members, regulators, clients and other key stakeholders
Tracking key actions, deadlines and deliverables across the CRO's office
Supporting projects, presentations and other strategic initiatives as required
Acting as a trusted and professional point of contact for the CRO's office

You will be an accomplished Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary or Senior Personal Assistant who is comfortable operating at C-suite level.
-Significant experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally within financial services, insurance, banking or another highly regulated environment
-Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Sound judgement and the confidence to work with highly confidential information
-The ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and operate proactively
-Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
-A calm, polished and professional approach, particularly when working under pressure
