Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare annual business plans with assigned local business units.
- Drive performance targets delivery across distribution initiatives, product delivery, marketing and digital tools.
- Monitor and review agreed business KPIs, flag out potential risks and resolve performance issues
- Manage effective relationships with regional partnerships accounts and executives
Job requirements:
- 15 years of relevant insurance or financial services industry experience
- Experience in regional/group bancassurance management, and leading cross-functional projects
- Well-organised, strong capabilities in project management
- Strong understanding of life insurance financials
