- Lead regional growth and partnership expansion initiatives across assigned SEAsia markets.
- Drive strategic bancassurance and distribution programs with regional and local stakeholders
- Develop innovative customer propositions across health, protection and affluent segments
- Enhance partner engagement, channel performance and customer penetration
- Lead digital acquisition and distribution transformation initiatives
- Deliver enterprise-aligned KPIs across growth, product innovation and channel expansion
- Collaborate with local business units to drive profitability and market penetration
- Sponsor regional initiatives to improve sales productivity and performance infrastructure
- 15+ years’ experience within life insurance, bancassurance
- Strong track record in distribution strategy, partnership management and digital transformation
- Deep understanding of insurance products, financials and operating models
- Experience leading regional projects and cross-market stakeholder engagement
- Frequent travel required in the position.
