The ideal candidate has strong experience working with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and complex transformation programs involving cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale big data and analytics solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing data platform architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including migration, modernization, integration, and optimization projects.
- Provide technical leadership across data engineering, integration, governance, and analytics workstreams.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Support solution planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery governance activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and solution assessments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to data platforms, AI/ML enablement, and cloud data ecosystems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Delivery Architect, or similar role within enterprise technology environments.
- Experience working across big data and enterprise data platforms such as Cloudera, Apache Hadoop ecosystems, Oracle Corporation data platforms, Teradata, Google Cloud (GCP), Databricks, and/or Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure data environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, streaming, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, API architectures, and data governance practices.
- Experience leading large-scale delivery engagements involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to modern analytics, AI/ML, or real-time data processing platforms.
- Experience with enterprise transformation, modernization, or migration programs.
- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are advantageous.
