A global biopharmaceutical organisation is looking for an experienced Commercial Lead for Rare Diseases to support and drive its business across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. This role suits an experienced Rare Disease professional who enjoys hands-on execution, close partner collaboration, and is ready to grow into broader regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute regional and country-level commercial and brand plans for a Rare Diseases portfolio
  • Support and drive sales performance, forecasting and budget management across assigned markets
  • Adapt global strategies to local Taiwan and SE Asia market access, pricing and reimbursement environments
  • Work closely with local partners and in-field teams to ensure strong execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, PV/QA and Supply Chain
  • Build strong understanding of disease areas, patient pathways, competitors and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree; life sciences or medical background preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial, marketing, sales or market access, ideally in Rare Diseases
  • Exposure to Rare Disease launches or portfolio expansion strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Taiwan pharma market and broader APAC exposure an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a matrix and distributor-led environment
  • Fluent in English as you will liaise with English speaking stakeholders.
