We are looking for a Change Manager who will support them over a 6 month contract in Indonesia
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager supporting large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in driving internal and external change processes, including governance, readiness planning, and structured communications.
- Solid experience facilitating workshops and coordinating training with vendors, as well as engaging with internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with call centers is preferred.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
As this position needs to be filled ASAP, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Indonesia without sponsorship
