- Change Manager
- Sydney CBD (Haymarket) + site travel | Hybrid
- $900 – $1008 per day + super (PAYG)
- 6-month contract with strong extension potential (approved through to Feb 2027)
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of change strategies and plans aligned to program objectives
- Manage end-to-end change activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, business readiness and adoption
- Develop and deliver communications and engagement strategies to support program outcomes
- Identify, assess and manage change risks, issues and resistance
- Partner with stakeholders across operations to understand impacts and support successful implementation
- Collaborate with HR, IR, L&D and Communications teams to deliver integrated people change outcomes
- Monitor and report on change effectiveness and business readiness outcomes
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within large-scale transformation programs
- Strong experience developing and delivering change strategies and plans
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement across complex environments
- Experience working in operational or industrial environments (highly regarded)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced settings
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management
- Willingness to travel across Sydney to operational sites (depots, stations)
