We’re seeking a Change Coordinator/ Analyst
to play a pivotal role in supporting change programs across this financial services organisation. You’ll be the change champion supporting E2E projects through change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder/ communication engagement, and risk uplift initiatives.
Supported and mentored by a wonderful Change Team, this is a fantastic opportunity to support and drive strategic priorities, embed risk and compliance improvements, and ensure smooth adoption of change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Support change impact assessments and readiness planning.
Assist with the development of change communication
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
Support risk management and governance implementation.
Maintain stakeholder engagement registers and change awareness resources.
Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
Ensure project documentation meets organisational standards.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 1+ year dedicated to Change Management ideally in Financial Services.
Proficiency in change management and project management tools and software.
Excellent communication, and attention to detail
Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
Attributes: curiosity, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in dynamic but maturing environments.
