We’re seeking a Change Analyst
to play a pivotal role in supporting business, risk and technology change across this financial services organisation. You’ll be the change champion guiding E2E projects through change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder/ communication engagement, and risk uplift initiatives.
Supported by a wonderful Change Team, this is a fantastic opportunity to support and drive strategic priorities, embed risk and compliance improvements, and ensure smooth adoption of change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive change impact assessments and readiness planning.
Develop and deliver change communication
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
Support risk management and governance implementation.
Maintain stakeholder engagement registers and change awareness resources.
Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
Ensure project documentation meets organisational standards.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 2+ years dedicated to Change Management ideally in Financial Services.
Proficiency in change management and project management tools and software.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
Ideally a APMG Practitioner or Prosci Certification
Financial Services or relevent industry experience
