- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure timely submission of insurance applications.
- Coordinate with clients and sales consultants on outstanding documents to ensure timely case completion.
- Liaise with medical providers (including doctors and clinics) to obtain clients’ historical medical reports and required supporting documents.
- Involvement in preparation and consolidation of offer comparision tables for each case submissions to support Sales Consultants in advising clients.
- Ensure all submissions comply with internal policies and insurers’ regulatory requirements, with complete and accurate documentation
- Prepare monthly performance and case status reports for assigned banking partners and external stakeholders.
- Generate insurance proposal illustrations and distribute them to Sales Consultants or banking partners promptly.
- Coordinate with bankers, trustees, and relevant stakeholders on policy ownership documentation and related administrative requirements.
Required Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the life insurance sector.
- Completion of IIQE Papers I, III, and V.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
