A global leader within the legal industry is looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to join its expanding team.
In this role, you will lead regional business development and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with firmwide strategic objectives. You will drive partnerships, sponsorships, and overall brand visibility, while advising stakeholders on market trends and growth opportunities. The role also involves overseeing proposals, marketing materials, and bid management, as well as managing PR strategy and external communications. Additionally, you will plan and execute client events and campaigns, using data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and optimise outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and over 8 years of marketing and business development experience in professional services or legal environments. They have a proven track record in client-facing programs that drive business growth in Asia, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Creative and results-driven, they can work independently or collaboratively and possess strong relationship-building skills with the flexibility to support regional priorities.
