A fast-growing global fintech unicorn is expanding its US Stocks business as part of a major strategic expansion. The firm is building a team of Business Development Managers to acquire and develop partnerships that drive account openings, funding activity, and trading volume.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3 - 7 years of business development, partnerships, channel sales, or growth experience within online brokerages.
- Strong understanding of US stocks, acquisition funnels, and account opening processes.
- Experience in acquiring and servicing international or cross-border markets with an existing network across investment communities, financial content platforms, advisors, KOLs, affiliates, introducing brokers, or distribution partners
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating referral, revenue-sharing, affiliate, or commission-based partnership structures
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is required to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, partners, and clients across Greater China as a regular part of the role.
