Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity with a track record of successful ServiceNow implementation.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and process automation.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and enterprise SaaS platforms
- Working knowledge of cloud architecture, AI tools and modern development practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
