Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and deliver data-driven business solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Bridge business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management, sovereign wealth, buy-side insurance, or banking, supported by strong buy-side investment expertise.
- Strong knowledge of private markets, transaction lifecycles, and investment performance and returns analysis.
- Demonstrated success in eliciting, analysing, and translating business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships across business functions.
- Hands-on experience delivering data and analytics transformation initiatives within a business-facing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirements documentation, and Agile delivery capabilities in complex organisations.
