Client Details
A reputable mid‑sized international law firm offering a stable environment, strong leadership, and a collaborative culture. The Hong Kong office benefits from solid global support and well‑organised business services teams.

Job responsibilities:
  • Prepare pitch documents, proposals, RFP responses, credentials statements, and presentations (English & Chinese).
  • Manage a wide range of firm events—including webinars, seminars, conferences, client networking events, and speaking engagements—from invitations to on‑site support.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral such as capability statements, practice/office profiles, lawyers’ biographies, and PowerPoint materials.
  • Oversee digital channels by updating the firm’s website, LinkedIn page, and publishing client alerts/articles across platforms and mailing lists.
  • Support directory and award submissions, including drafting content and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain key marketing and BD information systems: distribution lists, credentials/experience databases, CV database, pitch tracking system, photo library, and CRM (e.g., InterAction).
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks and special projects such as client, industry, and market research.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in business administration, marketing, translation or law.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development and marketing, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Junior marketing/BD candidates without prior law firm experience are welcome.
  • Excellent personal communication skills and strong organizational abilities. High attention to detail, including exceptional proofreading skills.
  • Spoken and written English and Chinese essential, ideally at native level, for internal and external communications
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  •  Mature, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
